new talent Stylist
Begin your career in the cosmetology world with a supportive and compassionate team at your back. Our New Talent Stylists begin in their externship from beauty school up until 3+ years in the industry, depending on experience. All New Talent trains hands on with an educator through our seven month associate program and graduates with all tools necessary to build a clientele of their dreams.
Veteran Stylist
Veteran stylists have been working as cosmetologists for five or more years and go through our Salon Michelle veteran onboarding process to learn about who we are in our community. Training is specialized after a thorough needs assessment and focuses on filling any gaps in education and understanding salon service standards.
